  • Most facilities require advance booking, especially for popular classes. Check our online booking system or app to secure your place.

  • We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early. If you're running late, you may still join, but please enter quietly and be aware that for safety reasons, you may not be permitted entry after the warm-up (typically 5-10 minutes into class).

  • Our classes accommodate various fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. Instructors provide modifications for different abilities. Check class descriptions for specific intensity levels.

  • While we encourage participants to stay for the full class including cool-down, we understand sometimes you need to leave. Please inform the instructor before class and exit quietly.

  • For noticeable improvements, we recommend 2-3 classes per week, combined with a balanced diet and adequate rest.

  • Please cancel at least 24 hours before class to avoid cancellation fees and to allow others to book your spot.

  • Most classes are for participants 16 and older. Teens 13-15 may attend with parental permission and instructor approval. See "Mom and Baby" section for classes that welcome infants.
